E-mini Nasdaq Futures
What are E-mini Nasdaq Futures?
E-mini Nasdaq futures have been designed by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) to track the Nasdaq 100 Index, a modified capitalization-weighted index of 100 of the largest and most active non-financial, domestic stocks traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market. The Nasdaq 100 is widely considered to be a key benchmark of technology, telecom, and biotechnology issues. E-mini Nasdaq futures represent 20 times the Nasdaq 100 stock index and allows you to participate in Nasdaq market moves without having to select individual stocks. In recent years, CME Group has introduced the Micro E-mini Nasdaq futures contract which is 1/10th of the size of the standard E-mini Nasdaq futures contract.
