    Randy is one of the chief architects of Schwab's options trading platforms and analytics tools. While he focuses primarily on public relations, client education, and market analysis, he is frequently involved in matters of business development, product development, and risk management.

  • Lee Bohl

    Senior Manager, Trading Services Education, Chartered Market Technician® (CMT)

    Lee has over 40 years of trading and investing experience. While he has been involved in many facets of the brokerage industry, his current area of expertise includes technical analysis, trading strategies, and trading software.

  • Mike Zarembski

    Director, Charles Schwab Futures and Forex

    Mike has over 30 years of futures industry experience, including nine years as a market maker at the Mid-America Commodity Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade. Mike is the lead author of the daily newsletter Looking to the Futures and hosts the weekly show Spotlight on Futures.

    As Chief Investment Strategist at Charles Schwab, Liz Ann has a range of investment strategy responsibilities reaching from market and economic analysis to investor education, all focused on the individual investor. She analyzes and interprets the economy and markets on behalf of Schwab's clients.

    Nate is responsible for options-related business development and client education at Schwab. As a former business analyst within Schwab's product development department, he helped develop many options-related features on Schwab’s trading platforms.

    Nina is a Trading Services Manager and a former Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) floor trader with six years of market-making experience.

  • Lou Mercer

    Regional Investment Strategist, Chartered Market Technician® (CMT)

    Lou is the Active Trader Market Manager for Northern California. His primary responsibility is to educate traders about the tools and services that are provided by Charles Schwab. Additionally, Lou conducts local seminars on educational topics, including risk management, technical analysis, profit-taking strategies, and trading software.

    Director, Trading Services Education

    Joe is a former portfolio manager, CBOE and ISE market maker, and options risk manager with over 19 years of investment management experience. Most recently as a Portfolio Manager at Shelton Capital, Joe co-managed over $500 million in client assets with option overlay strategies for volatility monetization, tail risk mitigation, and return optimization.

  • Jeffrey Kleintop

    CFA®, Managing Director, Chief Global Investment Strategist, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.

    Jeffrey is responsible for analyzing and discussing international markets, trends, and events to help U.S. investors understand their significance and financial implications. He provides research, commentary, and actionable insights to Schwab's client-facing teams and the firm's Investor Services and Advisor Services clients.

    Kathy is responsible for credit market and interest rate analysis as well as fixed income education for investors at Schwab. Kathy has studied global credit markets extensively throughout her career as a fixed income investment strategist, working with both institutional and retail clients.

    With over 20 years at Schwab, Kevin focuses on helping clients develop and hone their trading skills. The most gratifying part of his job is showing people how to filter through the noise of the market to better understand how their own emotions can affect their trading success.
