Narrator: Need to send Schwab a form or document? Use the message center to send it quickly and securely.
To get started, click on Messages and select Take me to Message Center.

Additionally, you can expand the right-hand rail found within the account summary page to display message highlights, where you can select Go to message center to begin submitting your forms & documents.

Before getting started, it’s important to note that when choosing to send documents using the message center, you’ll first need to have an email associated with your Schwab account.
From this page, select Upload Document.

In the Send a Secure Document modal, you will need to select the account the document is for and a subject. Please note that If you’re looking to deposit a check, you’ll need to complete that process using the Schwab Mobile App.

Next, drag your document into the documents area, or click browse your files to select the document you’d like to upload. You can upload up to 5 files or a total of 25 megabytes. When attaching documents please be aware that some file types may not be supported.

Enter a quick message describing the document and click Send to securely send your documents to Schwab.

Once done, you’ll receive a confirmation message stating that your message has been sent. Attachments require 2 to 4 days for Schwab to process. Select Close Window to go back to the Message Center.
