Disclosures are reviewed and accepted
Narrator: Once complete, you'll find new and recently issued offerings with upcoming retail order periods. Additional details can also be found here. Examples include Expected Maturity Range, Expected Size, Federal & State taxation details and more.
Scroll down below the fixed income offerings table until you see New Issues and select the bond offering you're interested in exploring. For this example, we'll choose New Issue Municipals.

Certain offerings will contain a Preliminary Official Statement under Documents, found on the right-most column. Clicking on this link will open a pop-up window which contains disclosures about the issue, such as important economic and demographic information. If applicable, be sure to carefully review the document before proceeding with an order.

Want to learn more about an issue? If available, select the offering description, where you'll be provided with additional offering details such as maturity date, insurer, ratings, and more. Below Action, you'll be able to see the options you can explore with an offering.

Finally, it's important to note that when looking to place an order for new issues, they will often show as open under your account for several days. Due to the nature of new bond issues, the first settlement date, or dated date, is sometimes extended for several weeks. Your bond won't begin to accrue interest until the first settlement date.
