Brent Moors: My name is Brent Moors. I'm a Schwab Education Coach, and I specialize in options and advanced options.

Onscreen text: What do you love most about being an Education Coach?

Brent Moors: I enjoy being a coach because I get to see changes in people's lives. I get to see people who go from a lack of confidence and no knowledge to a higher level of knowledge. 

And people who really feel empowered with their finances. It is such an important part of life. 

Onscreen text: What is your coaching style like?

Brent Moors: I try and structure each of my webcasts as I'm coaching in the format of educate and then demonstrate. 

And so that means not just giving you theory, it means giving you the practical implementation using our platforms.

It doesn't do you any good to just have the knowledge in your head. You need to know how to put that into action. And so we try and demonstrate that on these platforms and put it in an understandable way for you. 

There's a lot of different strategies that people try and learn and frankly, people struggle learning options. For those of you who are trying to learn options, my message is: just be patient. We'll get there. We'll teach to your level. And I know that you can do it just like other people can do it.

Brent Moors: I love being a coach because it is so relevant to people's lives. The financial aspect of people's lives, investing, is so important, and I really feel I can change people's lives in doing what I do as a coach. And so, that's what keeps me going each day, being a Schwab Coach.

Onscreen text: What makes Schwab Coaching^® unique?

Brent Moors: I love the offering that we have at Schwab Coaching because not only does it bring in the credibility and reputation and the professionalism of Charles Schwab, but also, we bring a whole community together. And you can see that community manifest itself when we are teaching webcasts, for example. 

And they interact with each other, and they have a fun time with each other. And they interact with the coach as well. And so it really is like a Schwab family, if you will. And that community brings people together, and it helps people to learn. 

Now, there are a lot of different ways to learn. And we teach webcasts for those that are appropriate.

We have online courses, and we have workshops that go around the country. If you live in a larger area or are willing to travel to a larger area, we'll come to you in an area near you. And I just encourage you to check those out. 

The client experience on Schwab webcasts, I think it's a great one because you can interact with us as we're teaching these webcasts.

And, as an instructor on these webcasts, I'm always keeping an eye on that chat to try and see what your questions are, what your feedback is. And that way, I may be able to adapt to you and make the webcast as beneficial to you, the viewer, as possible.
