Investor Advantage Pricing
Schwab Bank's Investor Advantage Pricing (IAP) offers eligible Schwab clients interest rate discounts on select home purchase and refinance loans. The discount is based on the amount of qualifying assets you hold with Schwab and Schwab Bank. The more qualifying assets you have, the greater your potential interest rate discount and mortgage savings.
Eligible home loans include purchase and refinance mortgages, including select adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs) and Jumbo loan options.
Qualifying assets may include eligible Schwab brokerage accounts, IRAs, bank accounts, and certain business accounts held at Schwab and Schwab Bank.
