The plan administrator recently completed a competitive bid process to bring in a new program manager, reduce fees, and simplify investment choices. As a result, program management transitioned from American Century Investment Management to TIAA-CREF Tuition Financing, Inc. (TFI), a leading provider of 529 plans and a wholly owned subsidiary of TIAA. TFI currently helps more than two million families manage their college savings.*
