Jim Ferraioli is primarily responsible for research related to digital asset investing and related client education, market analysis, and reporting.
Prior to joining Schwab in 2025, Jim was at Morgan Stanley for more than a decade where he was a mid-cap equity portfolio manager and cryptocurrency strategist. He also worked in roles focused on equity trading and as a financial advisor. Jim holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Fordham University, and a B.A. from Seton Hall University. Additionally, he is a Chartered Market Technician® (CMT).
