Narrator: Click Move Money and select Online Transfer.
Mouse clicks Online Transfer under Move Money tab.
Narrator: From this page, you can choose to fund your IRA using either one of your existing Schwab accounts or a linked external financial account. To link an external account, navigate to External Accounts, and follow the instructions shown to complete the account linking process.
The form is completed on screen.
Screen returns to Online Transfer tab.
Narrator: If an account is already linked, or you're transferring funds from one of your Schwab accounts, you can proceed under online transfers. To begin the funding process, choose Cash as what you'd like to transfer. IRA contributions must be made in cash.
Mouse clicks on Cash.
Narrator: Next, you'll have to choose your From and To accounts.
Mouse selects From and To accounts from dropdown.
Narrator: Enter the amount you'd like to transfer in the box provided, the frequency, transfer date and finally the contribution year.
Mouse enters dollar amount, frequency, transfer date and contribution year in the drop down menus and boxes provided.
Narrator: Once you've completed these steps click Continue to review your transfer summary.
Mouse clicks on Continue.
Narrator: If everything looks good, click Submit to complete your transfer request.
