Narrator: Looking to create or manage a portfolio using the Schwab Portfolio Checkup tool? To get started, navigate to Accounts and select Schwab Portfolio Checkup.

Narrator: If this is your first time here, you'll need to create and set up your portfolio. To begin, enter your portfolio name.

Narrator: Then, you'll need to determine your portfolio target asset allocation. Asset allocation categorizes your investments into different classes to show how broadly you're invested in the market, and can give you a sense of the potential risks and returns of your holdings. You can use the Schwab Model Questionnaire or Profile Table for your asset allocation, but for this example, we'll use the Profile Table.

Narrator: In the pop-up window, choose the plan that best matches your investing goals and style, then click Submit.

Narrator: Next, select the accounts you wish to include in this portfolio, or click the Add Outside Holdings button to include accounts outside of Schwab.

Narrator: Then, click Save and Continue and you're done.

Narrator: Your portfolio should now be set up and available for analysis under Portfolio Analysis. You can also see your new portfolio within Portfolio Performance.

Narrator: From here, you'll be able to analyze your portfolio by viewing its Asset Allocation, Sector Diversification, Equity Concentration, Fixed Income, and Quality. If any of these categories require your attention, they will be marked with a yellow caution symbol.

Narrator: To create a report for your portfolio, simply click Create Report.

Narrator: If you'd like to modify your portfolio, navigate back to Portfolio Setup, where you'll be able to modify the name, target asset allocation, and accounts to include.
