Soft music plays throughout.
Charles Schwab logo morphs into Schwab Coaching® logo.
Throughout the video, the speaker (Connie Hill) appears sitting in a chair in an office, smiling and laughing; sitting at a table, typing on a laptop; and standing inside an office building, leaning against a wall and smiling.

Connie Hill: My name is Connie Hill. I'm a Schwab Education Coach, and I specialize in technical analysis, option strategies, and advanced option strategies.
Onscreen text: What do you love most about being an Education Coach?
Connie Hill: One of the aspects that I like about coaching is having a connection with people. I love seeing the feedback when people are progressing and starting to go where they really want to go.
Onscreen text: What is your coaching style like?
Connie Hill: I initially started trading looking at charts and analyzing charts. And one of the things I did is studied for a Chartered Market Technician designation, which is a course of study that lasts two or three years, and you really have to figure out how to analyze the charts.
And something I like to do is bring that information into my classes that I teach, and so I do quite a bit of focusing on technical analysis.
Onscreen text: What makes you tick?
Connie Hill: As far as coaching goes, I love being able to interact with the people online, but appreciate being able to talk to them, see what's going on in their lives. Or when I'm helping out in a workshop, that interaction is really fun for me.
A computer screen with financial visuals appears, with Connie Hill in a small video window in the lower left corner, talking.
Onscreen text: What makes Schwab Coaching® unique?
Connie Hill: If somebody is a real bookworm, we've got courses for you to learn from. They can dig in, go at their own pace.
I think the thing that's really valuable is the classes that we teach in the workshops, where we come around to you. As far as these webcasts, all day long, we've got education going.
If you're a beginner, we've got beginner stuff. If you're more kind of advanced in that, we have some brilliant people teaching several advanced courses that pretty much, we're not going to be stumped. We're going to be able to help you, regardless of where you are on that path of education.
And I think it's a helpful community. People will join the webcasts, and they know each other, and they say hello. And they call them their trading friends because they really do interact with each other.
And that's something I didn't have access to when I first started out. There were just kind of like these little silos, versus having a nice umbrella with that kind of education available.
