We have two locations where we validate parking: Under the Park Ave building where Schwab is located. Garage entrance is located on the eastside of the building (directly across from Nordstrom at SW Morrison St) or at nearby Smart Park, entrance located at: 730 SW 10th Ave. Schwab's lobby entrance on street level is located on the northside of the building facing SW Morrison St (please look for the blue Schwab sign).
