We are located in front of the Woodlands Waterway Marriot and across from the AMC Movie Theatre. The address to our parking garage is 1599 Lake Robbins Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77380.

Schwab Client parking is located on the 1st floor in the north east corner of the 25 Waterway Garage (1599 Lake Robins Parkway). Exit the garage thru the north breeze way, turn left and walk halfway down the building to enter thru the second set of doors for our office lobby. (The first set of Schwab doors are an employee entrance and may not be accessible to the public.)
