1Schwab Banks Savings is a money market deposit account ("MMDA") at Charles Schwab Bank ("Schwab Bank"). A MMDA is a type of savings deposit. Schwab Bank Savings is only available in select retirement plans administered by Schwab Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

FDIC Coverage: Funds deposited at Charles Schwab Bank are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to $250,000 when aggregated with all other deposits held by you in the same capacity at Schwab Bank. You are responsible for monitoring the total amount of deposits you hold with Schwab Bank, including any deposits held at Schwab Bank in an individual retirement account or in a self-directed employee benefit plan account. Because the deposit insurance rules are complex, you may want to contact the FDIC or use the FDIC's online tool, Electronic Deposit Insurance Estimator www.fdic.gov/edie, to estimate your total coverage.

Charles Schwab Bank in its capacity as directed trustee or custodian of your Plan’s assets receives, as compensation for its services, credits, interest or other earnings (collectively "Float") on cash balances held as a deposit obligation of Charles Schwab Bank or any third-party bank. If the source of payment of a securities purchase transaction is your balance in Schwab Bank Savings or your PCRA, Charles Schwab Bank will transfer cash, pending settlement of the corresponding securities purchase transaction, from your Schwab Bank Savings balance or your PCRA to an omnibus bank account maintained by Charles Schwab Bank. The Float period begins on the date such cash is received by Charles Schwab Bank in its omnibus bank account and ends on the date of settlement. Charles Schwab Bank estimates the value of Float on uninvested cash deposit balances to equal the Charles Schwab Bank's average investment portfolio yield for a given period less the cost of FDIC insurance premiums Charles Schwab Bank is required to pay on such deposits.
