Narrator: Looking to access your tax documents?
Screen fades to Schwab Homepage
Narrator: To begin, select Accounts, then select Statements & Tax Forms
Mouse selects Accounts and selects Statements.
Narrator: During tax season, this page will automatically display the 1099 Dashboard, where you can easily view tax forms such as your 1099 Composite for the current tax year. Tax forms will appear in the dashboard as they become available; for each form, you'll see a document status of available, pending, or corrected. Once you've located the documents you want, simply select the link to download it.
Mouse selects PDF and download begins.
Narrator: If your Schwab 1099 Composite form isn't available yet, the dashboard will show a pending status and a date to expect it. Accounts that won't receive a 1099 will show a status of Won't be issued. Scroll down to Statements and Documents to access additional tax forms and documents associated with your accounts as they become available, even outside of tax season.
Mouse scrolls down to Statements and Documents section.
Narrator: To find a specific document or tax form, refine your search by adjusting the date range and selecting the document type.
Mouse deselects other document types to leave Tax Forms selected, then selects Last 5 Years from date range drop down and selects "Search".
