O'Connor is Managing Director—Global Real Estate Forecasting with Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. (CSIM). He has oversight of the Schwab Real Estate Rating models that are extensively utilized in the Schwab Global Real Estate Fund™. Formerly, O'Connor was Managing Director—Global Forecasting/Real Estate Research at Global Real Analytics, LLC. In addition to overseeing GRA's proprietary equity and debt models since inception, he served as Managing Editor for the National Real Estate Index for 10 years. O'Connor earned an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. from Lake Forest College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE).
