Open an account with $1,000, or $0 if you set up an automatic monthly transfer of at least $100.
Account service fees: None.
Who's it for? Corporations, limited liability corporations, non-incorporated associations, partnerships, investment clubs, sole proprietorships, DBA operations, nonprofits and charities.

Because it's a Schwab account, you can:
  • Place trades online, by phone or in person for as little as $8.95— and no more than $12.95 (for the first 1,000 shares).1
  • Find the financial support that’s right for you, from occasional guidance to full-time portfolio management.
  • Ask a New Client Concierge to help with paperwork and answer any questions.

Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. receives remuneration from fund companies participating in the Mutual Fund OneSource® service. Schwab’s short-term redemption fee of $49.95 will be charged on redemptions of funds purchased through Schwab’s Mutual Fund OneSource service (and certain other funds with no transaction fees) and held for 90 days or less. For each of these trade orders placed through a broker, a $25 service charge applies. Funds are also subject to management fees and expenses.
